This Villa is situated in a big and green palm garden and this is why is named Villa Delle Palme. The Villa Delle Palme is one of the most ancient buildings from the Liberty period. It was built as a private mansion in 1903 and still maintains its original structure with a big venetian central hall and a staircase leading to the three floors on the top, where there are three panoramic balconies facing on the marvellous Venetian Lagoon. Its position is quite convenient: it takes just a few minutes to reach the shady Gran Viale Santa Maria Elisabetta (the Grand Avenue) which is considered the centre of the island and takes to the beach. On request, it is also possible to rent sun umbrella or cabin. The hotel is also close to the water bus (vaporetto) stop to go to San Marco Square and the famous island of Murano, Burano, Torcello.
